Delete your Boost account

You can request deletion of your Boost Sports Stats account and the data associated with it from the app or by contacting us.

Request deletion in the app

  1. Sign in to Boost.
  2. Open Settings, then Account management.
  3. Select Request account deletion.
  4. Type DELETE when prompted and submit the request.

If you cannot access the app

Email us from the address registered to your Boost account. Include your name, registered email address and confirmation that you want the account deleted. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before processing the request.

What will be deleted

Once the request is verified and completed, we delete or de-identify the account information and associated team, player and game content that we are not legally required to keep.

Limited records may be retained where needed for billing, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal compliance. Secure backup copies may remain temporarily until they are overwritten through the normal backup cycle.

Removing Boost from your phone does not delete your account. Account deletion also does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; subscriptions must be managed through the relevant store account.
